<p>The present invention relates to a horn switch device for a steering wheel. The horn switch is installed on a steering wheel of a vehicle and generates alarm sound as a driver wants. According to the present invention, a link plate assembly, linked with the operation of a center module, is applied so as to make the center module move vertically to operate a horn switch by movements of the link plate assembly using a principle of leverage. As above, the present invention provides a new method of operating a horn switch in the vertical direction. Therefore, the horn switch device can be designed more freely in order to, for example, reduce a gap between a steering wheel and a center module. According to the present invention, the operating quality of a horn can be ensured.</p> |
