Disclosed in the present invention is a drug delivery device which includes a body unit providing a pump; a cartridge unit providing a first chamber connected to the pump to receive pressure and a second chamber forming a drug storage space; a third chamber provided between the pump and the first chamber; a pressure detecting sensor detecting pressure of the first chamber and the third chamber; and a processor calculating the volume of the first chamber from the pressure of the first chamber and the third chamber, wherein the sum of the volume of the first chamber and the volume of the second chamber is constant, and the pressure and volume of the first chamber is changed by pressure provided from the pump. |
