<p>A mobile communication system comprising a communication device being capable of communicating with an Internet Protocol (IP) network such that a call account containing personal information and payment details of would-be user could be established, a network-based server module in communication with the IP network being capable of recording and storing personal information transmitted by the communication device for creating a user account and sending the created user account to the user for activation, a payment portal module being capable of receiving user account information from the network-based server module through the IP network to facilitate the processing of call payment, means for receiving and converting into digital signal the compressed and dynamic range of the analog voice signal coming from the IP network and transmitted thereof by the activated communication device of the user, a cellular network in communication with said means for receiving and converting compressed and expanded dynamic range of analog voice signal, being capable of transmitting the converted digital signal to a media gateway module, said media gateway module being made such that it is capable of transmitting the digital signal to at least a base station wherein said digital signal is then converted to analog signal, which in turn is transmitted to the communication device of the receiving call party.</p> |
