PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decorative material for enabling the decorative material to be different in plate thickness and material quality at its chamfer part and between both sides thereof in a freely selective manner. SOLUTION: Side faces 12a, 14a of first and second plate materials 12, 14 abut both side faces 50a, 50b of a third plate material 50 using a wood fiber base material in the state that the former surfaces are flush with the latter surfaces, respectively. A first groove 30 and a second groove 32 are formed ranging from the reverse in the state that a groove bottom 30a of an abutment surface 22 corresponds the abutment surface 22 between the first and third plate materials 12, 50 and in the state that a groove bottom 32a of an abutment surface 23 corresponds to the abutment surface 23 between the second and third plate materials 14, 50, respectively. Both grooves 30, 32 are closed to fix the first, second, and third plate materials 12, 14, 50 to one another, thus solving the above issue. COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
