PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating part structure of a vehicle seat in which a belt guide having a stable supporting structure capable of guiding a seat belt can be set. SOLUTION: The operating part structure 1 of the vehicle seat includes an operating lever 3 disposed on a shoulder of a seat back SB and connected to a base 2 that is fixed to a frame of the seat back SB. A cap cover 4 covering at least a part of the base 2 against the outside is mounted to the base 2. The cap cover 4 includes a protruding belt guide 4C guiding a seat belt WB along the protruding shape and holding the seat belt WB in a pulled state to the front side of the seat back SB.
