The present invention relates to an apparatus, method and system for providing broadcast data using NFC. The apparatus for providing the broadcast data using the NFC includes: an input unit which generates an input signal according to an input from the outside, a broadcast communications unit which receives the broadcast data by accessing a broadcast server according to an input signal, an NFC unit which performs the NFC with a portable terminal and senses the tagging of the portable terminal, an output unit which outputs the broadcast data, and a control unit which receives personal information from the portable terminal if the tagging of the portable terminal which outputs the broadcast data received from the broadcast server is sensed, transmits the personal information to the broadcast server, and then receives the broadcast data which the portable terminal outputs through the broadcast communications unit, and supplies the broadcast data to an output unit. |
