The present invention relates to an optical interconnection module, a receptacle, and an optical connector using the same. More specifically, the optical interconnection module includes: a lead frame formed with at least a pair of a fixing frame and a bonding frame; a photoelectric device mounted on at least one the fixing frame; an optical block integrally molded on the lead frame and the photoelectric device, and formed with the same number of insertion holes as the photoelectric device; and an optical transmission path inserted into the optical block through the insertion holes and aligned with the photoelectric device.
