The present invention relates to a double ion pH-sensitive copolymer which performs micelle/demicellizaiton according to pH change, a manufacturing method thereof, and micelles including the same. A block copolymer according to the present invention is able to not only form micelles but also break micelles by controlling pH since the block copolymer has pH sensitivity and is able to selectively discharge drugs and the like to an affected area with low pH when injecting micelles formed by the block copolymers into a body by sealing treatment drugs, a contrast medium, a molecular imaging indicator and the like in the inner space of the micelles, thereby being applicable as a drug carrier for the diagnosis and/or treatment of disease.
