Disclosed are a method for reducing dislocation density of Al-Mg-Si based alloy by severe plastic deformation and a manufacturing method of Al-Mg-Si based alloy using the same. A method for reducing dislocation density of an Al-Mg-Si based alloy according to the present invention is featured to reduce dislocation density inside crystal grain of the Al-Mg-Si based alloy by repeatedly stressing the Al-Mg-Si based alloy by severe plastic deformation within a stress range smaller than yield strength of the Al-Mg-Si based alloy. |
