First of all, it is to form a diffusion blocking layer enclosing a material to be processed so as to acquire a target material by high-temperature high-pressure processing the processed material using a heat-pressure transfer medium. Next, it is to arrange the processed material enclosed by the diffusion blocking layer in the heat-pressure transfer medium. In sequence, it is to perform a high-temperature high-pressure processing on the heat-pressure transfer medium where the processed material is arranged. And then, it is to acquire a target material by removing the heat-pressure transfer medium from the processed material which the high-temperature high-pressure processing is performed thereto. Accordingly, the target material can be easily acquired without damage.
