A sports garment, preferably, but not limited to, a swimsuit, comprising a pair of shoulder straps , each having a multi-layer construction, where at least one of the layers, in some embodiments the top layer, has a plurality of holes formed therein. There may further be a layer that is a polyurethane laminate layer, possibly below the top perforated layer.
