The present invention relates to a nucleic acid chip and reference substances to generate bind information of single-stranded nucleic acid and biomolecules in a biological sample consisting of two or more biomolecules; a method to manufacture the same, and a method to analyze biomolecules using the same. The reference substances and the nucleic acid chip are used to analyze biological meaning of the biomolecules.
