The semiconductor device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first wire extended in a first direction; a second wire extended in a second direction intersecting with the first direction; and a variable resistance element which is interposed between the first wire and the second wire, and includes a first material layer and a second material layer. The first material layer is extended in the first direction. The second material is extended in the second direction.
