<p>The present invention provides a method of resin-molding all products by using a liquid resin and a movable gate nozzle in an apparatus for producing a molded article. A movable liquid resin supply gate nozzle (15) elevated within a through-path (19) defined in a lower mold (11) is disposed in the apparatus. The gate nozzle (15) ascends to an opening (23) of a support body (22) disposed on the lower mold (11) by a gate nozzle driving tool (16) to allow a resin passage (24), gate (25), and the opening (23) to communicate with each other. Here, the liquid resin is injected into a cavity (17) defined in an upper mold (7). A chip part (21) mounted on the support body (22) is resin-sealed by a curing resin that is produced by curing the liquid resin. The gate nozzle (15) descends to separate the curing resin from around the gate (25) of the gate nozzle (15). The liquid resin supplied into the gate nozzle (15) is cooled by a refrigerant flowing at outside of a wall of the resin passage (24).</p> |
