The present invention relates to a mobile terminal to realize a scanning block, and a method to realize a scanning block based on a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal comprises: a control unit (12) to receive a scanning block assigning request by a user from an input/output unit (15), and to wake up a block scanning module (14) having a light source control means (14a), a block adjusting means (14b), and a scanning and storing means (14c) to be loaded on a system memory (not illustrated), wherein the light source control means (14a) assigns a scanning block by four-axial adjustment for a four-axial LED light source (11) in accordance to a control signal received from the input/output unit (15), and the scanning and storing means (14c) generates a scanning image to be stored in a storing unit (13) when a camera unit (16) photographs the scanning block. According to the present invention, the camera unit automatically scans the image as the scanning block for a user-desired area is assigned, and the area corresponding to the scanned block is automatically stored providing an effect of improving user convenience. |
