PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene type cross-linked shrink film capable of obtaining beautiful shrink-wrapped articles without causing poor fitting sense between a shrink film and articles to be wrapped nor causing wave-like wrinkles on an upper side position of the shrink-wrapped article caused by poor shrinking even if a tolerance of bag making by a wrapping machine is set forth in lager than a conventional one for the purpose of controlling bag making conditions in the wrapping machine and not generating the wrinkles. SOLUTION: A polyethylene type cross-linked shrink film is formed of a core layer formed of a blending composition comprising 20-90 pts.wt. of low density polyethylene having a long branched chain of a density of 0.915-0.930 g/cm<SP>3</SP>obtained by a high pressure method of MI 0.2-2.0 g/10 minute and 10-80 pts.wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer of a density of 0.865-0.925 g/cm<SP>3</SP>having MI 0.5-4.0 g/10 minute and at least three layers having both surface layers comprising the straight-chained low density polyethylene of a density of 0.910-0.930 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and an MI of 1.0-3.0 g/10 minute as main ingredients, and the film is obtained by being cross-linked with an electron ray of 20-60 kGy under stretching processing by 3 to 6 times in vertical and horizontal directions at the same time.
