[Class 75 (i)] The gas injector 4 and mixing tube 5 are removably fitted in a block 6 to which flexible oxygen and acetylene supply pipes are coupled and the block 6 is secured to the burner body 1 by a screw 3 carried by a yoke 2 pivoted at 8 to the body. Injectors and mixing tubes having different characteristics are fitted according to the work to be done. The jointing surfaces between the injector 4 and block 6 may be flat or conical and plastic sealing material may be provided to prevent the escape of gas between the tube 5 and body 1. Cutting oxygen is supplied at 11 to the body 1. |
