The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bearing part to shorten a manufacturing process of the bearing part and to decrease manufacturing costs by heat-treating so that cold form of bearing steel can be done, and a bearing part manufactured thereby. For this, comprised are a first heat treatment step for heat-treating a material composed of bearing steel to be capable of cold forming; a cold forging step for cold-forging processing the material heat-treatment processed; a second heat treatment step for heat-treating durability of the material cold-forging processed; and a polishing step for polishing processing a surface of the material of which durability is heat-treatment processed. Following the steps, provided is an effect in reducing manufacture processes and costs of a product by removing heating process for the existing hot forging and causing no problem of scrap created in an inner end part in hot forging as a material of bearing steel for manufacturing a bearing part is heat-processed to be ready for cold-forging formed and manufactured in a pipe shape. |
