Provided is a transparent conductive film which has a simple layer configuration, sufficiently secures the bonding property of a transparent plastic substrate, a high refractivity layer and a low refractivity layer, and has the invisible stacked part of a transparent conductive layer, and a film for stacking a transparent conductive layer used in its manufacture. The present invention relates to a film (1) for stacking a transparent conductive layer, which includes a transparent plastic substrate (2), a high refractivity layer (3) directly stacked on at least one surface of the transparent plastic substrate (2), and a low refractivity layer (4) stacked on the high refractivity layer (3). The refractivity of the high refractivity layer is 1.56-1.90. The thickness of the high refractivity layer is 20-150 nm. The high refractivity layer (3) includes a thermoplastic resin. |
