The present invention relates to a meat roaster having multiple folds. More specifically, the meat roaster can roast one or more slices of meat at the same time and can rapidly roast the meat without need for turning the meat over. The meat roaster includes: a plate which has a certain area and is formed to roast meat on a heat source; and a plurality of protrusion roasting parts which protrude upward from the plate and are placed apart from each other so as to make a plurality of the meat slices be inserted therebetween. |
