The present invention relates to a method and device for transmitting uplink control information in a plurality of serving cells in order to support a technology of joining carriers between base stations. The method for transmitting uplink control information in a plurality of the serving cells to support the technology of joining carriers between base stations according to an embodiment includes: a step of selecting M (M is the number of UCLs which can be simultaneously transmitted) among UCIs which are simultaneously transmitted when a comparison result K (K is the number of the UCLs to be simultaneously transmitted) is bigger than M by comparing M with K; and a step of transmitting the selected M UCIs to the base station through a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) of each serving cell.
