PURPOSE: A return device for a dump gate hook is provided to prevent closure of a dump gate due to jamming of a hook by releasing the jamming with dumping pressure. CONSTITUTION: A return device for a dump gate hook includes a guide, a rotating lift, a hook, a rod, a return spring, and a return guide. The guide(9) is fixed to a sub frame and has an inclined surface on one side. The rotating lift(3) is fixed to a deck by a bracket(3a) and connected to the bracket by a hinge shaft(3b) so as to rotate around the hinge shaft while ascending and descending along the inclined surface of the guide. The hook(5) is combined with the deck by a hinge shaft and hangs on a fixing groove(6) formed on a loading box gate(2). The rod(4) connects the top of the hook and the rotating lift. The return spring is installed on both sides of the rod to pull the rod back. The return guide(11) is fixed to the sub frame apart from the guide in order so that the rotating lift ascends and descends between the guide and the return guide to push the rod back in the initial stage of dumping. |
