Provided in the present invention is an adhesive sheet having excellent oligomer sealing properties. The adhesive sheet of the present invention is characterized by including a base material (11) made of a polyester film; an adhesive layer formed on one side surface of the base material (11); and a resin layer (13) formed by curing a resin composition formed on the other side surface of the base material (11) and containing (A) 50-80 wt% of a bisphenol A-type epoxy compound, (B) 5-30 wt% of a polyester compound, and (C) 10-40 wt% of multi-functional amino compound, and having ΔHAZE value which is an absolute value of difference between initial haze value and haze value after heating the adhesive sheet at 150°C for two hours to be 0.15% or less. |
