The present invention relates to a cylindrical electrode type device, to prevent an energy discharge and a submergence electric shock, capable of miniaturizing a volume while preventing an electric shock accident by reducing an electrical short current in case a terminal which electrically connects an electrical device is submerged. The cylindrical electrode type device includes: an input wire (100) into which a commercial power supply is inputted; an output wire (200) which supplies the commercial power supply, which is inputted into the input wire (100), to a load; and a cylindrical electrode (10) which has both ends connected to the input wire (100) and the output wire (200), has an internal diameter which is 1.2-100 times greater than the diameter of the input wire (100), and has a length which is 1.2-100 times longer than the diameter of the input wire (100) in order to prevent a power failure or an electric shock through liquid by making electric power flow in electric equipment or electronic equipment while confining the electric power in order to extend the life of the electric equipment or electronic equipment and guarantee an operation even though the electric equipment or electronic equipment is submerged in rain or water by reducing an energy discharge by the decrease of an energy amount which flows in air and making the wavelength of electric power and the wavelength of current even when supplying energy. |
