The present invention relates to an apparatus to wash a mother liquor bottle which holds a mother liquor, and the apparatus comprises: a main body unit equipped with the mother liquor bottle inputting at least one among washing water, detergent, and wind inside the mother liquor bottle based on a control signal; and an integrated control unit controlling an operation of the main body unit by generating the control signal based on the inputted setting information.
