A flexible/stretchable transparent conductive film according to the present invention prevents a conductive layer from being separated and prevents the conductive layer from being oxidized by including the conductive layer on a flexible base layer and forming a barrier layer on the conductive layer. Also, a method for manufacturing the flexible/stretchable transparent conductive film according to the present invention mass-produces with a simple process at room temperature.
