The present invention relates to a resource allocation method to allocate resources of a cloud computing system to tasks using a plurality of application programming interface (API) keys accessible to the cloud computing system and a device for the same. According to the present invention, the resource allocation method to allocate resources for tasks requested by a client terminal using a plurality of API keys capable of receiving allocation of resources of a cloud computing system in a resource allocation device includes: a step of receiving a request for a task from the client terminal; a step of checking the necessary amount of resources for the task; a step of determining a plurality of cloud API keys to receive the checked amount of resources; a step of requesting resource allocation corresponding to the checked amount of resources to the cloud computing system using the determined API keys and receiving allocation of resources of the cloud computing system; and a step of executing the task requested by the client terminal using the allocated cloud resources.
