摘要 Methods and systems are provided for fixating connective tissue to bone. Some aspects include a carrier member having a length, width, and thickness, wherein the length and width are each at least two times greater than the thickness; attachment members extending from the carrier member and that engage connective tissue of an animal; and a bone engaging member extending from the carrier member and configured to attach to a bone of the animal. In some aspects, when the attachment members are engaged with the connective tissue and the bone engaging member is attached to the bone, the connective tissue and the bone are limited in being pulled apart from one another during physiological use of the connective tissue.

A method, for fixating connective tissue to bone, comprising: engaging connective tissue of an animal with a plurality of attachment members extending from a carrier member, the carrier member having a top surface and a bottom surface with a length, width, and thickness, the length and width each being at least two times greater than the thickness, the plurality of attachment members extending downward from the bottom surface of the carrier member, the carrier member including a flexible member connecting a first set of the plurality of attachment members and the flexible member including an adjustment portion; and attaching a bone engaging member having an elongate portion extending to a tip portion such that the elongate portion is extending from one end of the carrier member and downward relative to the bottom surface of the carrier member to a bone of the animal, wherein, when the plurality of attachment members is engaged with the connective tissue and the bone engaging member is attached to the bone, the connective tissue and the bone are limited in being pulled apart from one another during physiological use of the connective tissue, and wherein, when the plurality of attachment members are engaged with the connective tissue and the bone engaging member is attached to the bone, the adjustment portion of the flexible member is configured to lengthen or shorten a spacing between the attachment members engaging the connective tissue along the first set of the plurality of attachment members as the connective tissue respectively stretches or contracts during physiological use of the connective tissue.
