Provided is a support structure of a roof fixing type solar panel comprising: a plurality of base brackets installed on a roof; a plurality of main beam brackets mounted on the base brackets; a plurality of main beams connected with the main beam brackets, respectively; a plurality of solar panels which are provided on the upper parts of the main beams and collect solar energy; and a clamp means clamping the solar panels to the main beams. Therefore, the support structure of a roof fixing type solar panel can simply fix the solar panels installed on a roof of a building to the base brackets, the main beam brackets, and the main beam using the clamp means without damaging the solar panels. The clamp means fixing the solar panels to the upper parts of the main beams has a variable structure to adjust the height of the clamp means, so the support structure of a roof fixing type solar panel can be used regardless of the thickness of the solar panel.
