The present invention relates to an apparatus for drying ginseng etc. According to the present invention, a plurality drying plates are vertically arranged at intervals in a small area for drying so as to dry materials using sun light and wind in the maximum amount. When it rains, the apparatus is covered by a vinyl sheet so as to prevent the materials being to be dried from being wet. The apparatus has a structure by which the apparatus can be quickly and easily moved. The height of the apparatus can be adjusted by an electric tool or a dedicated device, or by manual. According to the conventional method of drying materials on an outdoor field, when it suddenly rains, a drying apparatus cannot be covered and materials to be dried cannot be moved quickly to another place; efficiency of drying per unit area is very low. According to the present invention, problems stated earlier are solved, and materials can be dried by sun light and natural wind in the maximum amount in a small area. |
