In the present invention, disclosed is a connector for connecting a flat cable. The connector for connecting the flat cable according to the present invention includes a plurality of contact parts in contact with a signal layer which is formed on one side of the flat cable, an insulator housing which receives the contact parts installed with a pitch corresponding to the signal layer and which includes a support part with a structure protruding forward in a position facing the contact parts and having a shaft on both sides thereof, and an actuator which includes a bearing part which has a structure to receive the support part of the insulator housing and includes a bearing groove into which the shaft of the support part is fitted, and is rotationally installed to be opened or closed between a close position for fixing the flat cable and an open position for inserting the flat cable by connecting the bearing part to the support part of the insulator housing.
