Disclosed in the present invention are a music sharing service providing apparatus and a music sharing service providing method, which can receive settings of shared music and can provide users with a playback service for the shared music. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises a shared music server. The shared music server includes: a sharing request receiving unit which provides a user terminal with a sound source list, receives a selection of a specific sound source and receives a sharing request; an access address providing unit to generate a unique access address at which shared music requested to be shared is provided, and provide the user terminal with the generated access address; a shared music request receiving unit to receive a provision request for the shared music from the user terminal that accesses through the access address; and a shared music providing unit to provide the user terminal with sound source data corresponding to the shared music requested to be provided.
