<p>A paste composition for a solar cell electrode, a solar cell electrode fabricated using the same, and a solar cell including the electrode, the paste composition including a mixture of conductive powders, the mixture of conductive powders including about 30 wt % to about 55 wt % of a first spherical powder having an average particle diameter D50 of 1.5 mum or less; about 3 wt % to about 8 wt % of a flake powder having an average particle diameter D50 of about 2 mum to about 3.5 mum; and a balance of a second spherical powder having an average particle diameter D50 of greater than 1.5 mum; glass fit; and an organic vehicle.</p> |
