Burn-in socket using flexible print circuit board

A burn-in socket is disclosed. The burn-in socket according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an insertion unit in which a test device for testing a semiconductor device is inserted; a pressure latch connected to a base frame and to pressurize the test device inserted into the insertion unit; a flexible printing circuit board including a first contact unit to electrically connect to the terminal of the test device, a second contact unit to contact to the test device or a test board, and a connection unit to electrically connecting the first contact unit and the second contact unit; a restoration unit located under the flexible printing circuit board and to restore the direction or predetermined position of the first contact unit when the contact of the first contact unit is released with the terminal of the test device. The burn-in socket additionally comprises a contact control unit to control the contact depth of the first contact unit with the terminal of the test device. The burn-in socket can reduce manufacturing costs and improves manufacturing yield by reducing the possibility of disconnection or defective sockets even if pitch is narrowed.
