A piston-type brake actuator according to the present invention, as a component mounting a piston and a power steering inside a case and operating the piston and the power steering by the pressure of air so as to generate a brake, forms an inner groove on a piston movement path of an inner surface of the case and moves fluid between the upper and lower parts of the piston so that the negative pressure inside a piston chamber can be adjusted. |
