PURPOSE: A telmisartan composite formulation is provided to ensure high stability despite a single layer tablet and to enable packaging in various methods. CONSTITUTION: A composite formulation for anti-hypertension contains telmisartan and one or more of other anti-hypertension agents selected among an ACE inhibitor, an angiotensin receptor blocker, a calcium channel blocker, and diuretics. The composite formulation contains telmisartan which is adsorbed to an aluminum silicate compound. The aluminum silicate compound is magnesium aluminometasilicate. The composite formulation for anti-hypertension contains telmisartan and the aluminum silicate compound in a weight ratio of 1:0.2-1. The diuretics are hydrochlorothiaxide. The calcium channel blocker is amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
