摘要 Disclosed are an automatic coating system of a separator for a fuel cell for mass production in which a tilt arrange angle or vertical tilt angle of the separator for the fuel cell is easily changed to mount a large amount of the separator on which a coating film is formed, thereby manufacturing the separator for the fuel cell, and a coating method using the same. The automatic coating system of a separator for a fuel cell for mass production includes: a housing defining an outer wall; a chamber mounted in the housing to control feeding of a plurality of separators for the fuel cell; upper and lower rails disposed in the chamber to transfer the plurality of separators for the fuel cell in a state where one end and the other end of each of the plurality of separators for the fuel cell are fixed; and a control device controlling an operation of each of the upper and lower rails mounted in the chamber. The upper rail is horizontally disposed, and the lower rail is spaced apart from the upper rail in a direction parallel to the horizontal direction. The plurality of separators for the fuel cell are fed in a state where the plurality of separators are spaced apart from each other with the same distance in a vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction. Thus, the plurality of separators for the fuel cell are transferred in a state where the separators face each other.
