The present invention relates to a wafer receptacle that includes a stacking part fitted into the top surface of a cover body and the bottom surface of a body which form the receptacle so that several receptacles can be stably stacked, stored and carried. The wafer receptacle includes a body having a lateral wall portion of a double-wall on the top surface of a base so that a wafer is stacked inside; a cover having a cover body extending downward from an end thereof and covering the upper portion of the body to protect the wafer; an assembling portion having fitting portions provided on the inner surface of the cover body of the cover and hook portions protruding from the top surface of the base of the body, wherein the fitting portion has inner and outer walls, and when the body is covered by the cover, the fitting portions and the lateral walls are alternatively positioned to enclose a receiving chamber by the double-wall structure; a stacking part having a staking wall protruding downward from an outer end of the base of the body and a fixing protrusion formed on the top surface of the cover and inserted in the stacking wall; a positioning part provided on the base of the body and having a groove portion on the lateral surface in a W-shape; and a position fixing part to which the groove portion of the positioning part is inserted and which has a fixing pin for maintaining the horizontal state of the body and preventing swing of the wafer, when the wafer is stacked. |
