The present invention relates to a motor control apparatus for reducing electromagnetic wave noise. According to the present invention, provided is a motor control apparatus which includes: a control unit for generating a control signal corresponding to duty information input from an external module; a switching device to which the control signal is applied through a gate stage and which outputs a PWM signal having a square waveform and a duty ratio corresponding to the control signal through a first electrode; and an electromagnetic wave noise filtering unit connected to a negative electrode of a motor to convert the PWM signal of a square wave into a sine waveform signal and to output the sine waveform signal to the motor. According to the motor control apparatus, the electromagnetic wave noise filtering unit, which converts the square waveform PWM signal into the sine waveform signal, is directly connected to the negative or positive electrode, so that the electromagnetic wave noise can be minimized. Therefore, a motor control apparatus to fulfill K-version rule can be provided.
