The present invention relates to a titanium dioxide photocatalyst with a macrochannel structure and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a titanium dioxide photocatalyst with a macrochannel structure and a nanosheet plate structure formed by making titanium butoxide react with monohydrate hydrazine. The titanium dioxide photocatalyst according to the present invention has high adhesion on organic compounds, decomposes adsorbed organic compounds in a short time and is able to be usefully used as an organic compound adsorbent since decomposition conversion rate is 99% or more.
