The present invention relates to an electrically insulating and thermally conductive polymer composition including a filler having excellent dispersion properties, a manufacturing method thereof, and a molded article including the same. According to the present invention, the electrically insulating and thermally conductive polymer composition including a filler having excellent dispersion properties, improves electrical insulation and thermal conductivity of a polymer composition significantly, by mixing a filler of a core-shell structure in which polyimide is coated on the surface of an inorganic particle, with a thermal resistance resin. Also, according to the present invention, the electrically insulating and thermally conductive polymer composition has a simple method of manufacturing the filler of the core-shell structure in which polyimide is coated on the surface of the inorganic particle, has low production costs, and can be mass-produced, thereby being useful for manufacturing a radiator panel, a radiator sheet, etc., utilized in the electronic component industry, the semiconductor industry, etc.
