The present invention relates to a curved spring gauge including a gauge body integrally formed with a spring insertion groove and a holding groove, and a base plate on which the gauge body is detachably installed. The gauge body is formed to be separated into upper and lower gauge bodies, wherein the upper gauge body is integrally fixated to the base plate, and the lower gauge body installed to be moved up and down along a pair of fixating bolts engaged to the base plate through a pair of rectangular bolt penetrating holes formed at a given distance in a vertical distance to vary the inner diameter of the spring insertion groove. Both contact portions of the upper and lower gauge bodies are formed with a reference inner diameter setting groove to insert the spring end to set the inner diameter of a center portion of the spring insertion groove into which two ends of the curved springs to be judged are inserted. It is possible to remarkably improve the reliability when the suitability of the curved spring is judged by usage of the curved spring gauge having a given shape. When the curved spring judged to have the suitability by the curved spring gauge is applied to a vehicle; a wanted damping function is correctly performed to prevent noise pollution, increase the ride comfort, and improve the marketability of the product. |
