The present invention relates to an apparatus to manage vehicle information, a method to manage vehicle information, and a vehicle using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus to manage vehicle information may comprise: a collecting unit to collect vehicle information including the weight of a load carried by the vehicle; a storage unit to store the vehicle information; a display unit to display the vehicle information, and to provide a user for the vehicle; a communication unit to transmit the vehicle information to a server; and a control unit to control the operation on the vehicle information.
