The present invention relates to a composition for long-term organ preservation having nanobubbles of an active gas composed of oxygen and carbon dioxide in ratio of 2:1. The composition for long-term organ preservation according to the present invention significantly increases effects of compositions with a ischemia-reperfused damage preventing effect used before for preserving an organ for clinical transplantation before, making supply of organs for transplantation to be useful in medical industries relating to organ transplantation and preservation.
