PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to, when browsing display information such as a WEB page, reliably perform an operation of scrolling the display information or copying information included in the display information.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 comprises: a touch panel 11 that has a display screen, and displays display information on the display screen; a detection unit 12 that detects a region in the displayed display information which is selected to execute a set function; and an operation panel display unit 13 that displays, on the display screen, an operation panel for performing an operation to the display information of at least either scrolling of the display information or copying of information included in the display information, according to the detection result from the detection unit 12. |
