PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a data signal that accurately reflects an actual state of a storage vessel to a station so as to be able to promptly fully charge a fuel cell.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 comprises: a hydrogen supply tube 32 connecting a tank main body 311 to a fuel cell stack 2; and a main stop valve 312 provided on the hydrogen supply tube 32. A communication charging system 6 generates a data signal based on a state of a hydrogen tank 31 and transmits the generated data signal to a station 9. A vehicle V comprises: an FCV-ECU 11 responsible for processing relating to a control over the fuel cell system 1; and a communication charging ECU 61 responsible for processing relating to a control over the communication charging system 6. The FCV-ECU 11 and the communication charging ECU 61 are communicable with each other. The communication charging ECU prohibits a communication with the station 9 from starting if it is determined that at least the main stop valve 312 is in a closing completion state. |
