PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal, a server, and a method for actively providing information based on communication contents and a recording medium therefor, whereby the content of a telephone conversation is analyzed based on voice recognition during call and required information can be actively extracted to be provided to a caller.SOLUTION: A method for actively providing information based on communication contents according to an aspect of the present invention is a method performed by a user terminal. The method may includes a step (a) of dividing at least one of a schedule, applications, voice memo, information regarding a matter of interest and a contact by categories and displaying, according to the categories having been divided, at least one of information regarding a communicator's matter of interest, schedule-related information, address book information corresponding to name information within a subscriber address book, first information relating to applications within the subscriber terminal, and one or more application driving icons corresponding to the first information which are extracted from communication contents for at least one of a subscriber and a communication opponent. |
