PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing device capable of performing effective rendering of dynamic image content and withholding the wasteful consumption of a network band when displaying a plurality of dynamic image contents simultaneously on a screen.SOLUTION: Provided is a video processing device comprising: a content acquisition unit for simultaneously acquiring a plurality of contents delivered through a network; and a bandwidth determination unit for determining a bandwidth to be allocated to each of the contents acquired by the content acquisition unit by using a ratio for each of the contents relative to the bandwidth used by the whole of the plurality of simultaneously acquired contents.
