<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device, display device, and electronic apparatus capable of reducing possibility that detection accuracy is reduced.SOLUTION: An input device X1 includes a substrate 2, a first detection electrode 3a that is provided on the substrate 2, a first light blocking layer 6 that is provided on the substrate 2, a wiring for detection 8 that is provided on the first light blocking layer 6 and is electrically connected with the first detection electrode 3a, and a conductive layer 9 that is provided on the first light blocking layer 6 and is located separated from the wiring for detection 8.
