Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing a rubber band. The apparatus includes: a twisting roller disposed under a twist-adjustment member between a thread supply part and the twist-adjustment member with respect to a path of a thread, the twisting roller for weaving a rubber core and a plurality of weaving threads on a lower end thereof; and an operation part for twisting a rubber band covered with a tube band in which the plurality of weaving threads and the rubber core are weaved together by cyclically rotating a rotation shaft of the twisting roller on a horizontal plane. According to the present invention, a plurality of strands pulled from the thread supply part are to each other to perform weaving with respect to the rubber core on the lower end of the twisting roller disposed below the twist-adjustment member, and the rotation shaft of the twisting roller may rotate on the horizontal plane by the operation part direct-above a position where the weaving process is performed. Here, the rubber band wound around the twisting roller is twisted, and thus the rubber core and the weaving thread may be sensitively directly changed in position as the rubber thread is twisted. Therefore, the apparatus may provide more various weaving patterns on a surface of the rubber band when compared to the related art. |
